The brief
§01 / Brief
KERP Technologies is a Coimbatore software and technology company built to serve clients in Japan. Its positioning is precise: "Your extended tech team in India." A Japanese client buys on trust, accuracy, and reliability long before price, so the brand had to read as engineered and dependable from the first touch. The brief was a complete identity: a mark that holds from a business card to a building sign, a full stationery system, and environmental signage for the Coimbatore office, all engineered before the company went to market.
The relationship
§02 / Relationship
The engagement began in May 2026 as a brand identity project. We drew the KERP wordmark on a geometric construction grid, locked the navy and red colour system, and built the stationery system: business card, letterhead, and envelope on one address rule. The mark was carried into the office and seminar-hall signage, and animated for the website and digital channels. One system, deployed across print, environment, and screen, ready for the company's first conversations with Japan.
The mark

A mark engineered to read as precision.
KERP sells engineering discipline to clients who expect it. So the mark is built the way the team works: on a grid, to a system, accountable at every scale. The technical sheet is the document the studio reproduces the mark from, on a favicon, a business card, or a building sign.
- 01
The red peak
An upward peak set at 54 degrees above the centre of the wordmark. It reads as ascent and momentum: the lift a client gains from a dependable extended team.
- 02
Engineered letterforms
KERP drawn from ruled, geometric strokes rather than a stock typeface. Precision made visible, which is the service the company sells.
- 03
Navy and a single red
Navy for trust, stability, and enterprise credibility. One red peak for drive. Two colours carry the whole signal.
- 04
The X-unit grid
An X-based construction system with a fixed peak angle, so the mark reproduces faithfully from a 2cm icon to a banner.
